Overview

Social Mavericks designs and builds automation systems that eliminate repetitive manual tasks from your business operations — lead capture, follow-up sequences, order notifications, client onboarding, and internal reporting. If something in your business happens more than once a week and still requires a person to do it manually, it can usually be automated.

This is a one-time build engagement, not a retainer. We design the system, build it, deploy it, and hand it over fully functional — with a short post-launch support window included to catch any issues that surface under real usage.

What's Included

  • Workflow design & mapping — documenting the exact manual process being replaced, including edge cases and exceptions, before any automation is built.
  • Platform-agnostic build — automation built on whatever tool fits your existing systems (n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom code), not forced onto a single platform regardless of fit.
  • System integrations — connecting the tools you already use — CRM, e-commerce platform, messaging apps, spreadsheets, email — so data flows between them without manual re-entry.
  • Conditional logic & branching — automations that handle real-world variation (different lead sources, order types, customer responses), not just a single straight-line trigger-to-action flow.
  • Testing against real scenarios — validated against actual data and edge cases from your business before going live, not just a clean demo run.
  • Deployment & handoff documentation — the system deployed into your live environment, with documentation so your team understands what it does and how to make basic changes.
  • 30-day post-launch support window — included after deployment to fix issues that only show up under real usage, before the engagement closes.

How It Works

1. Process audit. We identify which manual, repetitive tasks are worth automating — and which aren't, since automating an inconsistent or poorly-defined process usually just automates the inconsistency.

2. Workflow design. We map the full automation logic — triggers, conditions, actions, and failure handling — before building anything, so the system is designed deliberately rather than assembled step by step with no plan.

3. Build. The automation is built on the platform that best fits your existing tools and budget — n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom code where no off-the-shelf platform fits the requirement.

4. Testing. We test against real data and realistic edge cases — malformed inputs, duplicate triggers, missing fields — since automations that only work in clean test conditions tend to fail quietly in production.

5. Deployment & handoff. The system goes live in your actual environment, with documentation handed over so your team isn't dependent on us to understand what it does.

6. Post-launch support window. For 30 days after deployment, we fix any issues that surface under real usage at no additional cost. After that window, further changes or fixes are scoped as a new engagement.

What Makes This Different

Most automation work gets sold as part of a broader retainer, which means the automation itself never gets the focused design attention it needs — it's built quickly to support a bigger deliverable. We treat the automation system as the deliverable, with its own discovery, design, and testing process, which generally means fewer broken edge cases after launch.

Because we're platform-agnostic, we don't default to whatever tool we're most comfortable with — we build on what already fits your stack, so you're not forced to adopt new software just to get the automation working.

Who This Is For

  • Businesses with a specific repetitive process — internal reporting, client onboarding, order notifications, cross-platform data sync — that's currently handled manually and doesn't need an ongoing retainer to maintain.
  • Businesses that already have Meta ad management or a Digital Ops Retainer with us, and need a standalone automation build for something outside what those services already cover (lead/follow-up automation tied to ads or social is already included under those retainers, not sold separately here).
  • Teams that want a clearly scoped, one-time project with a defined start and end, rather than an open-ended ongoing service.
